- Technical Performance Metrics: Mandatory targets for connectivity, network availability (set at >99.99%), service integrity, and data rates across UMTS, LTE, copper, and fiber technologies.
- VoLTE Requirements: Specific performance benchmarks for Voice over Long-Term Evolution services.
- Customer Service Standards: Defined timelines for initial connection provisioning and strict targets for fault report rates and repair times.
- Reporting and Audit Protocols: Operators are required to submit monthly and quarterly reports using standardized templates. The Commission has reserved the right to perform independent audits to ensure compliance.
