The regulation specifies some general technical requirements to be met by radar equipment, such as maximum output power levels and power spectral density, relying on and targeting other existing technical regulations and standards. The regulation also specifies that the use of radar frequencies must comply with the Radio Regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regulations.
