On April 23, 2025, the National Telecommunications Commission of Paraguay (CONATEL) issued Board Resolution No. 1035/2025, officially approving the use of the 5.925 to 6.425 MHz frequency band for low-power wireless access systems. This regulation enables the use of the 6 GHz band for technologies such as Wi-Fi 6E, significantly expanding the spectrum capabilities for high-speed, low-latency wireless services.

Additionally, the official document outlines the specific technical parameters that equipment must comply with in order to operate in this band. You can find it at the following link: https://eleoscompliance.com/regulatory/GukIin2ezIgPuHZ4b8Te7A
