The Vietnamese Regulator, MIC, have issued a draft Circular to replace 11/2020/TT-BTTTT and 01/2021/TT-BTTTT, which outlines new products requiring Type Approval and Declaration of Conformity. The new Circular will be in force from 01 July 2022.

- QCVN 22:2021/BTTTT (safety of ICT products)
- QCVN 65:2021/BTTTT (5GHz WLAN) - the new standard can be applied from 01 July 2022, and will be mandatory from 01 July 2023.
- QCVN 123:2020/BTTTT (devices operating in 40 GHz - 246 GHz band)
- QCVN 124:2021/BTTTT (Radar in 76GHz - 77GHz)
- QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT (Standalone 5G User Equipment)
- QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT (Non-standalone 5G User Equipment)
