MTIT of Yemen working on new type approval regulation
Eleos have been made aware of upcoming changes being discussed by the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MTIT) in Yemen relating to the type approval process. Eleos have been informed of several significant changes in Type Approval Regulations which will influence all running projects as well as future projects.

Changes include an extension of approval validity from 1 year to 3 years and potential increase in approval fees. Regulation may also be amended to only cover only one production location.
