ISED has issued a public consultation on RSS-295 Issue 1 “Licence-Exempt Radio Apparatus Operating in the Frequency Bands 116- 123 GHz, 174.8-182 GHz, 185-190 GHz and 244-246 GHz”.

ISED have opened public consultations regarding the 960 MHz Band and preparation of RF Exposure Compliance Reports.

ISED's consultation on the technical and policy framework for license-exempt use in the 6 GHz frequency band is currently underway. Comments are welcome up until 19-Jan-2021.
