Vietnam's MIC release Circular 01/2021/TT-BTTTT

Vietnam's MIC released Circular 01/2021/TT-BTTTT on 14 May 2021, which will take effect from 01 July 2021. 

The most notable updates and additions are as follows:

  1. QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT (2.4GHz)
  2. QCVN 74:2020/BTTTT (SRD transmitter and transceiver used for non-specific application for devices operating in 1GHz - 40GHz)
  3. QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT (land mobile terminal equipment)
  4. QCVN 122:2020/BTTTT (Radio transmitters and transceiver used for LPWAN)
  5. QCVN 101:2020/BTTTT (lithium batteries used for mobile phone, tablet, laptops)
