CONATEL opens Public Consultation regarding free use devices

On 28th November CONATEL (Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones) in Venezuela launched a Public Consultation regarding which devices are classified as 'Free Use'

They are seeking comments in order to establish the conditions for devices to be classified as free use and are considering the inclusion of  ISM, SRD.  Radar and some Medical devices

Article 3 of the proposal details modifications of technical specifications for relevant bands.
