Following the publication of Governmental Decree No. 48 of 2020, it has been confirmed that Tunisian Regulator Centre d'Etudes et de Recherche des Télécommunications (CERT) will now take responsibility for ANCE (encryption) approvals in Tunisia.
By way of reminder, ANCE encryption approvals are applicable to certain equipment that integrates WiFi, such as Routers, Firewalls and access server. Previously, a separate ANCE approval certificate would be issued.
