On December 10, 2024, Tunisia’s Minister of Communication Technologies issued a decree regulating low-power, short-range telecommunications devices. The regulation applies to equipment operating in the 5925–6425 MHz frequency range, with power limits capped at 200 mW, in compliance with European standards (EN 303 687).

The goal is to align with international norms, ensure network integrity, and promote safe and efficient use of the spectrum for indoor communication devices.
