01-MAR-23

The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) is inviting comments on their Spectrum Plan for the Accommodation of Public Mobile Telecommunications Services.

This plan outlines the spectrum ranges, channel assignment plans, licensing conditions, and technical operating conditions and specifications for the frequency bands available for public mobile telecommunications services.

The plan accommodates the deployment of second, third, fourth and fifth-generation technologies for mobile services. However, it does not address spectrum pricing for mobile services nor the allocation and licensing of spectrum bands for satellite broadband services, broadband wireless access, including fixed wireless access, services and private mobile networks.

Interested persons are asked to submit comments on this document on or before Friday, March 31, 2023
