RATEL implements amendments to Radio Frequency Bands Allocation Plan effective from 12 April 2025.

Pursuant to Article 100, paragraph 5 of the Law on Electronic Communications ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 35/23), at the 77th session of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, a Decree on amendments to the Decree on determining the radio frequency bands allocation plan was adopted, based on the proposal prepared by RATEL and submitted by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, with the participation of the competent authority of the autonomous province.
