The ARTP of Senegal recently published an updated Type Approval Regulation under Decision No. 2021-011. As a result of this new regulation and as of the 1st of January 2022, the submission of one sample will be required as part of the application process in Senegal.
Another key change brought by this new regulation is that the certificates will no longer be valid indefinitely but only for 5 years.
