IFT Launches Regulatory Registry

10-OCT-23

The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) of Mexico has launched its Regulatory Registry, a digital platform that centralizes all active regulations in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. Designed for public use, this tool enhances transparency and simplifies compliance by providing an easy-to-navigate, up-to-date list of regulations, along with their detailed analyses.

By offering a user-friendly interface and critical information such as the name, purpose, and update history of each regulation, the Registry serves as a one-stop solution for anyone interested in understanding their legal rights and obligations in these sectors.
