IFETEL launches public consultation on modification of conformity assessments

IFETEL has launched a public consulation on a draft proposal to modify the procedure by which conformity is evaluated for telecommunications products.

Points of note in the proposal include possible modification of article 7 about non-transferability and the potential inclusion of importers who could make use of the conformity certificates

The consultation runs until the 19th of June.
