Mongolia has officially launched its 5G network, marking a major step in its digital development. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications set this as a key 2025 goal, aiming for a more connected society.
The new network will improve communication, industry, education, healthcare, and mining, offering faster and more reliable internet. It will also bridge the digital gap between urban and rural areas, helping herders and remote communities' access online training, e-services, and telemedicine.
