CAK Kenya switches to permanent type approval certificates for certain devices.

CAK stopped issuing 6 months provisional certificates for Low Power Devices, Switches and Routers. The Regulator instead grants final certificates for these types of RF and Telecom equipment

Even though the move has not been officially published, type approval applicants for above listed equipment can expect to be directly issued CAK permanent certificates which do not require renewal. For more information, please get in touch with your Eleos contact.
