CRA Public Consultation to Update the Class License for Short Range Devices

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Qatar has launched a public consultation regarding the update of the Class License for Short Range Devices (SRDs). This initiative aims to review and update the current license for these devices, ensuring that the regulations keep pace with technological advancements and market needs.

The CRA has made the document with the proposed updates available for all interested parties, which can be accessed at the following link:

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments and opinions through the CRA website by June 25, 2024. The CRA will carefully review and consider all responses received during the finalization of this document.
