On September 19, 2023 issued a new regulation PP Nomor 43 Tahun 2023, SDPPI once again regulating the rates and types of non-tax state revenues applicable to the Ministry of Communication and Information.  Among its main changes are the certificate fees and the price of RF testing. The new regulation came into force on 18 November 2023.

The biggest change to be found is the price increase for RF testing, fees for this are increased by around 70%. Some certification schemes have increased the nominal price for obtaining the certificate, while other schemes have decreased it.
In addition, SDPPI also differentiates the price of the certificate according to the type of product, HKT, and Non-HKT.

Another notable change resulting from this new regulation relates to the transfer of ownership of the certificate, or certificate review, which is now no longer charged by SDPPI (others associated costs for the process must still be considered).

We recommend that manufacturers increase their budget for Indonesian certification henceforth; for full information, please contact us.
