- 1. Determination of the use of the 2.6 GHz radio frequency band in the range of 2500-2690 MHz with TDD mode for mobile network implementation.
- 2. The right to use the 2.6 GHz radio frequency band is granted in the form of a radio frequency band permit (IPFR) with a national service area.
- 3. The right to IPFR holders in the 2.6 GHz radio frequency band to select technologies in accordance with IMT standards such as 4G/5G;
- 4. The obligation of IPFR holders in the 2.6 GHz radio frequency band to use telecommunication equipment and/or telecommunication devices that meet technical standards, pay BHP IPFR, and fulfill other obligations in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations; and
- 5. Coordination obligations to mitigate potential harmful interference.
