The Indian Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC) recently published the final versions of the Essential requirements for a number of types of equipment such as IOT Gateway, Mobile Handsets (including smartphones and tablets) and many more. TEC has also officially extended the acceptance of RF and SAR reports from foreign ILAC accredited labs until 30th September 2020 however EMC/EMI and Safety testing has to be performed in an Indian accredited lab.
