Costa Rica amends requirements for approval of Mobile Terminals

Costa Rican regulator SUTEL has recently published RCS-141-2022 which revokes an exemption for apostilled documentation for cellular device applications which was instigated in response the COVID pandemic. All documentation for cellular devices must now be sent in hard copy and be duly apostilled in their country of origin to ensure full legality in Costa Rica.
