ANATEL opens public consultation no 69, reviewing SAR testing.

As part of a revision to Annex I to Act No. 955, of February 8, 2018, ANATEL is receiving comments relating to proposed modifications to testing process for Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for telecommunications products.  Amongst other points, the proposal aims to accommodate the Time-Period Averaging Specific Absorption Rate (TAS) technique, within the test procedures for the evaluation of the conformity of products that make the use of this technology.
