ENACOM Temporarily Extend Validity of Approvals Due to COVID-19

Argentine Regulator ENACOM have published an addition to Resolución 771/2020, extending the validity of certain Type Approval Certificates due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19.

Resolución 771/2020 extends the validity of certificates, registrations, and licenses for 60 calendar days. This new Resolution applies to any certificates that has expired since 16 March 2020 until 17 November 2020.

This means that any approvals due to expire now have an additional 60 days in order to complete the type approval renewal process.
