This standard encompasses various technologies such as IEEE 802.11xx, Bluetooth LE, IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee), DSSS, and OFDM, operating within specific frequencies, including 902-915MHz, 915-928MHz, 2400-2483.5 MHz, 5150-5250MHz, 5250-5350MHz, 5470-5600MHz, 5650-5725MHz, 5725-5850MHz, 5925-7125MHz, and 57-71GHz.

Starting from August 18, 2023, devices can undergo compliance testing using these standards. The new regulations will come into effect on November 16, 2023. Additionally, the certification of Wi-Fi 6E devices under these new guidelines is now possible.
