New labelling requirements for ENACOM.

Argentina Flag

17-AUG-22

Two years ago, ENACOM Resolution No. 854/2020 was published, in order to establish new labeling requirements for products approved in Argentina. A two year grace period was included which has recently expired.

Therefore, from now on, devices must use the new regulatory marking design.

The main modification is that the use of the RAMATEL logo replaces the CNC logo. The resolution also describes all the mandatory provisions for labelling of all equipment that RAMATEL has previously approved.

Existing products should have already been updates and any renewals must use the new labelling provision.

The official Resolution can be followed in this link.
