RATEL in Serbia have recently issued a new Rulebook on Radio Equipment which brings Serbia's regulations in line with the EU's RED Directive.
From June 1, 2024, the updated regulations will take effect, introducing a 5-year validity period for Certificates of Conformity.
As of December 31, 2026, Serbian CoCs will no longer be mandatory, and from January 1, 2027, the CE Mark will be sufficient for radio products in Serbia.
