The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines has issued a notice of public hearing for a proposed Memorandum Circular concerning the decommissioning of Second Generation (2G) and Third Generation (3G) mobile network services.

The NTC will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposal and gather feedback from all interested parties.

Date: Monday, 18 August 2025
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: 5/F NTC Multi-Purpose Hall, NTC Building, Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago Avenue, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City.


Deadline for Comments
All interested parties are invited to submit their position papers and comments on the proposed changes on or before 15 August 2025.
