NTC amends Section 2 of Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007 (RLANs).

The National Telecommunications Commission of the Republic of the Philippines issues Memorandum Circular No. 002-07-2024 in order to amend Section 2 of the Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007. This amendment re-define and add some new lines to the Operating Parameters of "HIPERLANs" and "RLANs".

This new Memorandum Circular defines the conditions of use and maximum powers for "HIPERLANs" and "RLANs" in the frequency bands:
- 2400-2483.5 MHz
- 5150-5350 MHz
- 5470-5850 MHz
- 5925-6425 MHz
- 17.1-17.3 GHz
This new Memorandum Circular will take effect 15 days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation (20 July).
