Paraguay regulator CONATEL has released a new regulation amending their National Frequency Allocation Plan. The change includes allowance for the 918-928 MHz frequency band for use by SRD, RFID and LPWAN devices that are compliant with the other technical requirements specified in the regulation.

For devices that plan to use this frequency band, a statement in the devices user manual or a label attached to the device must read - 'En Paraguay, este equipo deberá ser configurado para operar con las limitaciones establecidas en la norma Técnica NTC-RF-918:2020 de la CONATEL'

This article will be updated with a link to the Resolution as soon as it becomes available on the CONATEL website.
