New ARCEP Decision on Equipment Type Approval

The new Decision aims to enforce the type approval requirements established under Decree No. 000010/MPC/EN/SG/DL of 8 February 2025, which defines the general conditions and procedures for equipment type approval in the country.

Key updates introduced by the Decision include new provisions on sample submission, labeling, and renewal requirements.
