Changes to conformity assessment in Republic of Moldova

Following our regulatory update from 18 June 2025, Moldova Parliament officially agreed to amendments of the Law 235/2011 regarding the accreditation and conformity assessment activities. 
From 28 February 2026, CE conformity marking and accompanied EU declaration of conformity will be sufficient to import and sell products in Republic of Moldova.

Considering above information and amended provisions of the Law 235/2011, the Certification Body have started a reorganizational process and temporary has suspended its certification activity and accreditation. The certification activity will be resumed after its aligning to the new provisions of the law.
