Circular Letter No. 03 of 2025: Changes to the Declaration of Conformity Format

Issued by the Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Services, this circular announces mandatory changes to the format of the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for the certification of telecommunication equipment and/or devices in Indonesia.

The primary purpose of this regulation is to introduce a new, mandatory format for the Declaration of Conformity. This document is a required component for all telecommunication device certification applications. The change aims to increase the efficiency and speed of the certification evaluation process.

The scope covers all telecommunication tools and/or devices that are required to meet technical standards in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations.

 
Implementation Timeline and Restrictions

A new format for the Declaration of Conformity will be enforced according to the following schedule:

Effective August 1, 2025: All new certification applications must use the new DoC format as specified in Appendix I of the circular.

After August 31, 2025: Applications submitted without the new DoC format will be rejected.
