31-MAR-25

Although the type approval guidelines have listed samples as part of a complete type approval application package, the regulator (NCC) has previously required samples on a case-by-case basis, particularly for equipment such as cellular-enabled products, laptops, PCs, and similar devices. Moving forward, the new management at NCC intends to strictly enforce the measures related to sample requirements. It is important to note that any sample submitted will be retained and used by the regulator. For more information, please contact Eleos.
