New requirements for 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz bands.

On 23rd of November 2022, the European Commission published “COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2022/2307 of amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/179” in regard to designating and making available the 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz frequency bands in accordance with a harmonised technical conditions for WAS/RLANs.

 By 30 June 2023, Member States shall designate and make available the 5 150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz, and 5470-5725 MHz frequency bands, on a non-exclusive basis, for the implementation of WAS/RLANs in accordance with the technical conditions set out in the Annex.
