Cayman Islands Short Range Device Regulation Consultation

On May 25, 2024, the Utility Regulation and Competition Office (OfReg) of the Cayman Islands launched a public consultation on the regulation of License-Exempt Short-Range Devices. The primary objective of this initiative is formalise the Bands, Power Outputs and applicable Technical standards for the use of Short Range Devices within the country.

All submissions on this consultation should be made in writing, and must be received by the Office by 5 p.m. on 27 June 2024 at the latest.  
The Office will post any comments received by 5 p.m. on 11 July 2024. 96. Submissions may be filed by e-mail to: consultations@ofreg.ky
