FCC Adds Foreign-Produced Routers to Covered List

FCC Public Notice DA 26-278 announces that routers produced in foreign countries are added to the FCC Covered List because they were determined to pose unacceptable national security and cybersecurity risks. As a result, this equipment is prohibited from receiving FCC equipment authorization unless a specific router or class of routers receives a Conditional Approval from DoW or DHS.
