Activities regulated by special laws, except in matters these laws do not foresee or concerning collective/diffuse interests and individual recourse for damages.
Professionals exercising independently are not considered suppliers.

Labeling Requirements
Products sold with known deficiencies or using used parts must be expressly identified as such to the consumer before purchase.
