Ley 19496: Consumer Rights Protection in Chile


Scope and Focus
This law regulates the relationship between providers and consumers, defining consumer rights, provider responsibilities, and associated penalties.

This regulation does not specify permitted radio bands, designated uses, or associated technical parameters (e.g., frequency ranges, power limits, bandwidth).
