The Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, recently held a seminar to seek feedback on new draft national technical regulation QCVN 117:202x /BTTTT ahead of submission and formalisation by MIC.. Key features of the draft regulation as follows:

MIC of Vietnam have now officially released Circular 11/2020/TT-BTTTT updating the list of devices subject to MIC Type Approval and DoC. The new Circular will come into effect from 1st July 2020.

MIC of Vietnam have now officially released Circular 10/2020/TT-BTTTT which brings major changes to the certification methods for RF products in the ‘group 2’ category. The new Circular will come into effect from 1st July 2020.

Vietnamese Regulator – MIC have recently published a draft Circular, intended to replace its’ predecessor Circular 05/2019/TT-BTTTT – Regulations on products subject to Type Approval and SDoC as of 1st July 2020
