SIRIM have recently announced that the interim approval for IPv6 cellular equipment (without Wi-Fi or fibre optics, excluding Ethernet LAN) ends on 10th July 2025.

After this date, interim approval won't be extended and approvals will require submission of a complete IPv6 test report, for non-Wi-Fi-enabled products, by one of the designated test labs.

Renewal of the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) after 10th July 2025 will not be permitted unless the IPv6 test report is evaluated and approved by SIRIM.
